How long does it take to ship my order?
Most of our products are received typically within 2-4 weeks or as specified.
Before you buy:
We like to make a sale but we are more dedicated to your satisfaction as our customer. We suggest looking closely at the product description such as dimensions and the details that are important to you. This is for the reason that we avoid any inconvenience from your part on returning items.
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card. If you request, we will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. You can reach us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Damages on a shipment:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to email@example.com and we will process a claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Do we offer returns?
Yes. We have a 15-day money-back guarantee on all our products to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied.
We accept the return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 10 days after the receipt of the product and to CONTACT US first.
We must be contacted FIRST in order to obtain an RA (Return Authorization) number and instructions on which warehouse to send the product back to in order to receive authorization. The customer returns an item back without first receiving a RA # the return will not be issued.
*****If the return is older than 10 days we CANNOT authorize a return under any circumstances, NO EXCEPTIONS.
A few items CAN’T be returned, including:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
How much is shipping?
Shipping varies by cost and distance. US shipping is typically between $8.00-$10.00 based on the cost and international shipping is usually a little more. We suggest buying in bundles to take advantage of discounted prices and free shipping.
Track Your Order
You should receive your tracking number within 48 hours of placing your order, on the confirmation E-mail you will be given a link along with the Confirmation number and you should be able to track your order, If you have any questions please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you.
Did your order arrive damaged?
Please send us an email thru within 48 hours of receipt with details about the delivery, and include 2 photos: 1 image that shows the damaged packaging and 1 photo with a closeup on the damage. Damaged prints will be replaced and sent with our standard level of shipping unless otherwise requested.
Did you receive the wrong item?
Please send us an image of the print you received in error within 48 hours of receipt and we will ship you the correct print within 2 business days. Wrongly sent prints will be replaced and sent with our standard level of shipping unless otherwise requested.
